桂枝汤类方在过敏性皮肤病中的应用
Application of Classified Formulas of Cinnamon Twig Decoction in Allergic Dermatoses

Abstract
Although allergic dermatoses manifest externally on the skin,they essentially represent an outward expression of underlying internal constitutional imbalances.Their pathogenesis is fundamentally attributed to pathogenic wind stagnating in the exterior,disharmo-ny between the nutrient and defense qi,with dysfunction of the zang-fu organs'qi transformation serving as the pivotal mechanism.Clas-sified formulas of Cinnamon Twig Decoction primarily aim to harmonize the nutrient and defense qi.They not only dispel pathogenic wind from the exterior but also unblock yang and transform qi to restore the normal function of triple energizer qi transformation,thereby facilitating the body's transition from the imbalanced state of"pathogenic factors stagnating in the exterior and disharmony between nu-trient and defense qi"toward the stable state of"harmony between yin and yang."This therapeutic approach closely aligns with the core pathogenesis of allergic dermatoses.Cinnamon Twig Decoction can expel wind and dispel cold externally,while internally regulating and supplementing the middle energizer.It ensures the regular distribution of qi,blood,and body fluids,harmonizes nutrient and defense qi,and promotes communication between the exterior and interior.It is indicated for allergic dermatoses arising from exterior weakness and nutrient qi deficiency,failure of defense yang to secure the exterior,pathogenic wind taking advantage of deficiency to lodge in the exterior,and the inability of nutrient yin to be retained internally.Half Cinnamon Twig Decoction combined with half Ephedra Decoction not only vents pathogenic factors outward,but also prevents excessive sweating from injuring yin.It is primarily indicated for mild cases of exterior stagnation in greater yang disease and can be used clinically for allergic dermatoses of the type involving pathogenic wind stagnating in the exterior.Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig Decoction can dispel external wind,relieve internal stagnation,clear pathogen-ic heat,and supplements deficiency in the middle energizer,rendering it suitable for patients with"comorbid allergies and emotional disturbances."Five Substances Powder with Poria,with its core functions of"warming yang to transform qi and promoting diuresis to drain dampness,"combines cold and warm properties,and acrid and bland flavors.It not only eliminates accumulated fluid but also re-stores the mechanism of qi transformation,demonstrating particular efficacy in treating various syndromes resulting from fluid metabolism disorders.Chinese Angelica Frigid Extremities Decoction not only enriches and supplements qi and blood,but also warms to promote cir-culation,alleviate cold coagulation and blood stasis.It is especially suitable for allergic dermatoses characterized by yang and blood defi-ciency and external constraint by cold pathogens.关键词
