柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合宁静贴干预经皮冠状动脉介入术后焦虑症的随机对照研究
A Randomized Controlled Study of Bupleurum Decoction Plus Dragon Bones and Oyster Shell Combined with Ningjing Patch in the Intervention of Anxiety After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bupleurum Decoction Plus Dragon Bones and Oyster Shell combined with Ningjing Patch in the intervention of anxiety following percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and its regulatory effect on psychoso-matic indicators.Methods:A total of 126 patients who developed anxiety after PCI at Hubei Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese&Western Medicine from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the combined group using the random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the combined group was treated with Bupleurum Decoction Plus Dragon Bones and Oyster Shell combined with Ningjing Patch in addition to the treatment given to the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Then the following parameters were observed before and after treatment:Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)score,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,The MOS 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)score,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syn-drome scores,and the occurrence of adverse reactions after medication.Results:After treatment,the HAMA and SAS scores in the two groups all decreased compared with those before treatment,and the above scores in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).LVEF increased compared with that before treatment,and TCM syn-drome scores decreased compared with those before treatment,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The physical functioning score,mental health score,general health score,and total score increased compared with those before treatment,and the above scores in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differ-ences(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bupleurum Decoction Plus Dragon Bones and Oyster Shell combined with Ningjing Patch can significantly im-prove the anxiety state and enhance the quality of life in patients after PCI.关键词
