黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效分析
Efficacy Analysis of Supplemented Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five-Substance Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcer

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Supplemented Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five-Substance Decoction on dia-betic foot ulcer(DFU)and to investigate its effect on patients'levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF).Methods:A total of 120 DFU patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received Supplemented Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five-Substance Decoction in addition to the control group's treatment.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,as well as changes in TCM syndrome scores,angiogenesis factors(VEGF,bFGF),ulcer area,blood glucose levels[fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)],and inflammatory factors[including C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was95.00%,which was higher than83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores for wound pain,ulceration and putre-faction,dusky skin,bodily fever and dry mouth,constipation,and dark reddish urine were lower than those before treatment in the two groups,and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Levels of VEGFand bFGF were higher than those before treatment in the two groups,while ulcer area was lower than that before treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Levels of FPG,HbA1c,CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 were lower than those before treatment in the two groups,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no statis-tically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented As-tragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five-Substance Decoction in the treatment of DFU patients can increase VEGF and bFGF levels,promote wound healing,alleviate symptoms,improve blood sugar status,and reduce inflammatory responses.关键词
