苓桂术甘汤联合达格列净片治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Poria and Cinnamon Twig and Atractylodes Macrocephala and Licorice Decoction Combined with Dapagliflozin in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Poria and Cinnamon Twig and Atractylodes Macrocephala and Licorice Decoction combined with Dapagliflozin on chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:A total of 130 patients withCHF treated at The First People's Hospital of Shangqiu from May 2023 to February 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 65 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional Western medicine treatment.Then the control group was further adminis-tered Dapagliflozin Tablets for oral administration,10 mg twice daily,while the study group was additionally treated with Poria and Cin-namon Twig and Atractylodes Macrocephala and Licorice Decoction based on the control group's treatment.Four weeks constituted one treatment course,and the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after two courses.Then cardiac function indicators,such as left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and left ventricular end-systolic di-ameter(LVESD);heart failure symptoms such as mean arterial pressure,resting heart rate,and the 6-minute walk test(6MWT);TCM syndrome scores myocardial injury markers,such as serum levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),and soluble intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),and adverse reactions etc.were observed.Results:The effec-tive rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF and SV in the two groups were all higher than those before treatment,while LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The6MWT distance increased,mean arterial pressure increased,while resting heart rate decreased(P<0.05),with a statistically significant difference be-tween the two groups(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of BNP,MMP-9,and sICAM-1 in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,while the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Poria and Cinnamon Twig and Atractylodes Mac-rocephala and Licorice Decoction combined with Dapagliflozin can effectively inhibit ventricular remodeling,stabilize ventricular struc-ture,and enhance cardiac function in patients with CHF.关键词
