时效强化处理对高强韧性高熵金属材料力学性能和腐蚀性能影响的研究
Study on Effect of Aging Strengthening Treatment on Mechanical Properties of High Strength,Toughness and High Entropy Metal Materials

Abstract
In response to the urgent need for the synergistic improvement of strength,toughness,and corrosion resistance of high-performance aerospace landing gear structural materials,this paper systematically studied the effect of aging treatment on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of(FeCoNi)86Al7Ti7 high entropy metal.By conducting room temperature tensile tests,electrochemical corrosion tests,and microstructure analysis on specimens at different aging times,the results showed that the material achieved synchronous improvement in yield strength and elongation at 240 min of aging,exhibiting excellent synergistic effects of strength and toughness(ultimate tensile strength of 1312.4 MPa,yield strength of 955.5 MPa,elongation of 40%),and exhibited the best corrosion resistance at 60min of aging.This study reveals the microstructure evolution law caused by aging and its impact mechanism on performance,providing theoretical support and technical reference for the design and process optimization of new generation lightweight,high reliability,and high entropy alloy structural materials.关键词
