Abstract
The disasters caused by floods seriously threaten the safety of people's lives and property.In flood prevention and emergency rescue work during the flood season,in addition to relying on natural forces,scientific organization and careful planning are also needed to ensure the safe and orderly development of flood prevention and rescue work,cope with flood disasters,and better protect the safety of people's lives and property.The article takes the emergency plan for flood prevention and rescue of Bayi Reservoir in Qinyang City as an example,and discusses the monitoring,inspection,and reporting of hazards of the reservoir during flood season,as well as the situation of reservoir emergency dispatch,measures taken,and emergency support plans.It provides reference and inspiration for the organization and planning of flood prevention and rescue work.关键词
