摘要

Abstract

This study aims to compare the effect of artificial grass planting and natural grass growing on soil physical and chemical properties and microbial community structure in tobacco fields.A field experiment was conducted,implementing three treatments:intercropping with Trifolium repens L.(A)between tobacco rows,mixed planting of T.repens and Lolium multiflorum Lamk.(B),and natural grass growing(CK).Soil nutrient content was determined under each treatment.High-throughput sequencing was employed to analyze differences in the community structure and diversity of soil bacteria and fungi.The results showed that soil pH values in both A and B were significantly lower than that in the CK,with the differences between A and CK being particularly significant.Soil hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,organic matter,and available potassium content was higher in the A and B than in the CK.Notably,the hydrolyzable nitrogen content in the A was significantly higher than that in both B and CK.No significant differences were observed in soil bacterial and fungal α-diversity indices among the three models.However,differences existed in the composition and relative abundance of specific microbial taxa between treatments.Specifically,A and B increased the relative abundance of the bacterial genera Luteimonas and Catellatospora,as well as the fungal genera Colletotrichum and Lectera,while decreasing the relative abundance of the bacterial genera Lacibacter and norank_f_Rhodanobacteraceae.FUNGuild functional prediction indicated that A and B reduced the relative abundance of plant pathogens in soil.In conclusion,artificial grass planting effectively enhanced the soil fertility while reducing the soil pH value and the relative abundance of plant pathogens in tobacco fields,thereby improving the soil micro-ecological environment.
