农业强国建设的湖北实践:内涵要求、机遇挑战与路径措施
Hubei's Practice in Building an Agricultural Powerhouse:Objec-tives,Opportunities,Challenges,and Policy Pathways

Abstract
Building a strong agricultural sector is a key strategic task of Chinese modernization,and is crucial for advancing rural revitalization.As a major agricultural province,Hubei Province plays an im-portant role in promoting high-quality agricultural development.Based on the current situation of agricul-tural development in Hubei,this paper develops an index system for evaluating the construction of a strong agricultural province and forecasts key indicators using the Grey Model GM(1,1).The results show that between 2025 and 2050,the agricultural development of Hubei Province will be significantly improved in seven aspects:supply security,technological equipment,management systems,industrial re-silience,competitiveness,ecological sustainability,and common prosperity.In line with the development goals of 2025,2035 and 2050,Hubei Province has a good foundation in three aspects:stable and high ag-ricultural yield,rich scientific and educational resources,and integration and improvement of the whole in-dustrial chain.However,several challenges remain,including insufficient support for the transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanization,weak organizational capacity within the agricultural manage-ment system,and lagging construction of digital and intelligent agricultural infrastructure.Based on these findings,the study proposes several policy recommendations,including improving the development level of agricultural machinery and equipment,establishing and improving the modern agricultural manage-ment system,and accelerating the construction of agricultural informatization.These measures aim to pro-vide reference and basis for the construction of a strong agricultural sector in Hubei.关键词
