Relationship between childhood trauma and college students' malevolent creativity:the chain mediating effect of trait anger and hostile cognition
摘要
Abstract
A survey was conducted among 1 503 college students using the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire,Trait Anger Scale,Hostile Cognition Questionnaire,and Malevolent Creativity Scale to investigate the relationship between childhood trauma and college students' malevolent creativity.The results showed significant positive correlations between childhood trauma,trait anger,hostile cognition,and malevolent creativity.Childhood trauma not only directly influenced college students' malevolent creativity but also exerted its influence through the independent mediating role of trait anger,as well as the chain mediating effect of trait anger and hostile cognition.Childhood trauma plays a significant role as an external trigger in the activation of malevolent creativity.Its influence also exhibits indirect effects,specifically,childhood trauma affects anger and hostile cognition,which in turn indirectly impact college students' malevolent creativity,serving as a potential driving force.关键词
