丙烯酸酯改性聚硅氧烷的合成与表征
Synthesis and characterization of acrylate modified polysiloxane
摘要
Abstract
This study synthesized hydroxyalkyl silicone oil via hydrosilane addition and further prepared acrylate modified polysiloxane through direct esterification with acrylic acid.The preparation processes for hydroxyalkyl silicone oil and acrylate modified polysiloxane were systematically investigated.The hydroxyl content in hydroxyalkyl silicone oil and the ester content in acrylate modified polysiloxane were quantified using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)standard curve,and the structures of the reaction products were characterized.The results showed that the optimal conditions for esterification were identified as a molar ratio of hydroxyalkyl silicone oil to acrylic acid of 1∶1.15,catalyst dosage of 5%,reaction time of 6 hours,azeotropic agent dosage of 50%,and polymerization inhibitor dosage of 0.06%.关键词
