Abstract
The spirit of educators advocated by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the new era provides fundamental guidance for the development of the teaching workforce.At present,the development of"dual-qualified"teaching workforce in higher vocational colleges faces realistic dilemmas,including the superficial educational philosophies,lagging practical teaching competence,overly uniform evaluation mechanisms,and a weak institutional culture.In response,it is essential to take the spirit of educators as a guiding principle and to develop a systematic approach to building the"dual-qualified"teach-ing workforce.This can be achieved through reconstructing educational philosophies,deepening school-enterprise collaboration,establishing evaluation systems,and strengthening cultural cultivation.关键词
