Digital Transformation of Rural Community Education:Value Implications,Realistic Dilemmas and Optimization Paths

Abstract
In the context of the deep integration of the Digital China initiative and the Rural Revitalization strategy,the digital transformation of rural community education has emerged as a critical driver of rural development.The digital transformation holds multiple values,including fostering systemic reform in rural community education,empowering the modernization of rural community governance systems and capacities,and supporting the construc-tion of digital villages and promoting rural revitalization.However,the current transformation practice still faces many realistic challenges,such as policy and governance barriers,gaps in digital infrastructure and resource development in rural areas,limited digital literacy and skills among rural residents,and structural imbalances within the rural community education workforce.Addressing these challenges requires a comprehensive approach,including strengthening policy safeguards and coordinated mechanisms for digitalization of rural community education,enhancing digital infrastructure and resources in rural areas,bridging the digital skills gap among rural residents,and improving the digital literacy of the rural community education workforce.Such measures can provide sustained momentum for the high-quality development of rural community education and contribute to rural revitalization.关键词
