摘要

Abstract

From the perspective of technological ethics,the modernized education governance is undergoing a paradigm shift from"technocratic govern-ance"to"good governance"in the digital age.By examining the evolution of technological ethics from the dual dimensions of"reverence for technology"and"pursuit of goodness",it is emphasized that the integration of"goodness"and"technology"constitutes the value foundation of modernized education govern-ance.From the perspective of technological ethics in the new era,modernized education governance should include four core characteristics:intelligent col-laboration,balanced interests,dynamic stability,and digital-intelligence integration.Furthermore,it should also establish an operational mechanism suppor-ted by human-machine collaboration,digital-intelligence empowerment,and blockchain.Guided by the deeply integrated values of"goodness"and"tech-nology"in technological ethics,such governance enables optimized resource allocation and equitable development.
