人工智能背景下医学职业教育教师教学能力提升的路径探索
Exploring Pathways to Enhance Teaching Competence in Medical Vocational Education under the AI Back-ground

Abstract
Artificial intelligence(AI)technology is pro-foundly transforming the healthcare industry,catalyzing a systematic evolution in medical vocational education.In this context,this study focuses on enhancing the pedagogi-cal competencies of medical vocational educators,aiming to identify professional development pathways aligned with the demands of the intelligent era.It systematically examines the current deficiencies and practical challenges faced by medical vocational teachers in integrating AI tech-nologies into instruction.Subsequently,the study proposes a comprehensive and multi-tiered framework for capability enhancement across four dimensions:policy support,re-construction of training systems,individual teacher devel-opment,and the establishment of collaborative ecosys-tems.This framework offers both theoretical insights and practical guidance for cultivating a teaching workforce equipped to meet the requirements of future healthcare en-vironments.关键词
