Abstract

Under the background of promoting the reform and development of medical education through medical-ed-ucation collaboration,non-directly affiliated hospitals are playing an increasingly important role in the cultivation of medical professional degree postgraduates.In view of the problems existing in the joint cultivation by universities and hospitals,including weak teaching foundations,insuffi-cient teacher professional identity among supervisors,devi-ations in training objectives,and the absence of dedicated counselor teams,this study takes Tianjin Hospital as a case to systematically summarize the exploration and practice of cooperative education.By establishing a"three-in-one"ed-ucation team with supervisors as the leading force,teaching assistants as a supplement,and counselors as the founda-tion,and by strengthening collaboration among universi-ties,training institutions,and standardized training bases,a coordinated education mechanism with clear responsibili-ties and smooth operation has been gradually formed.Meanwhile,the educational environment has been continu-ously optimized through improving research literacy,strengthening clinical specialty training,and enhancing ide-ological and political guidance.Practice has shown that this model has improved the systematicness,standardization,and overall quality of postgraduate training to a certain ex-tent.In the future,further efforts are needed in systematic supervisor training,professional counselor team construc-tion,improvement of incentive and evaluation mecha-nisms,and deepening institutional collaboration to promote the high-quality development of joint cultivation models.
