摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of com-bined application of glucosamine and sodium hyaluronate on pain relief,inflammation inhibition and knee joint func-tion recovery in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 248 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in the Department of Surgery of Beijing Dawanglu Emergen-cy Rescue Hospital from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into control group and ob-servation group by stratified randomization,with 124 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,and the observation group was treat-ed with sodium hyaluronate injection combined with glu-cosamine hydrochloride tablets.The knee joint function,pain score,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Re-sults After treatment,the Lysholm knee joint score,visual analog scale(VAS)score,total clinical effective rate,lev-els of inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,TNF-α,MMP-1)and complication rate of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of so-dium hyaluronate and glucosamine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively reduce the inflammatory re-sponse,relieve pain,improve clinical efficacy and restore knee joint function with higher safety,which can provide theoretical and practical reference for clinical treatment.The research can provide theoretical and practical referenc-es for the clinical application of the combined treatment of knee osteoarthritis with glucosamine and sodium hyaluro-nate,and also offer important basis for hospitals in Beijing and even other provinces and cities to carry out relevant clinical treatments and research.It can provide theoretical and practical support and references for clinical research on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and serve as an impor-tant reference for hospitals in Beijing and other provinces and cities to conduct clinical treatments and research.关键词
