Abstract
Objective To analyze the preventive effect of detailed nursing on postoperative pressure injury in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 68 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage treated in the hospital from April 2022 to April 2023.According to the intervention scheme,they were di-vided into a study group and a control group,with 34 pa-tients in each group.The study group received detailed nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differenc-es in pressure injury risk score,consciousness state,neuro-logical function,psychological state or quality of life be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).Repeated-measures analy-sis of variance showed that the above indicators in the study group were significantly improved after nursing com-pared with those before nursing(time effect F=152.36～218.74,all P<0.05).Although some indicators in the con-trol group were improved after nursing,the improvement range was lower than that in the study group,and there was a significant interaction effect between the groups(interac-tion effect F=32.57～48.92,all P<0.05).Comparison be-tween groups showed that all indicators in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group af-ter nursing(P<0.05).The incidence of pressure injury and complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion De-tailed nursing plays an important role in preventing postop-erative pressure injury in patients with severe cerebral hem-orrhage,and has positive significance for better recovery and prognosis improvement of patients.关键词
