基于AISM-FMICMAC的农村公共数字文化服务可及性要素研究
Research on the Accessibility Elements of Rural Public Digital Cultural Services Based on AISM-FMICMAC

Abstract
[Purpose/significance]A structural analysis of the stratified dependencies among accessibility determinants in rural public digital cultural ecosystems enables identification of pivotal developmental nodes,thereby establishing theoretical foundations for optimizing service delivery mechanisms and achieving spatial equilibrium in digital cultur-al provision.[Method/process]This study applies grounded theory to conduct a comprehensive coding analysis of poli-cy documents related to China's rural public digital cultural services.Through this process,five dimensions and fif-teen sub-components of accessibility are identified.An index system for accessibility factors is then developed using the AISM approach.The identified elements are classified into three hierarchical levels.To further validate the system and explore the overall influence and interaction mechanisms of these factors in the context of rural public digital cul-tural services,the FMICMAC method is employed for in-depth verification and analysis.[Result/conclusion]Re-searches show that:rich service facilities"and diverse cultural resources are core deep elements dominating the sys-tem.Readily available service information and interactive service experiences constitute the superficial-level ele-ments of service interaction.These elements act as crucial benchmarks for assessing the alignment between supply and demand in public digital cultural services.Consequently,to improve the accessibility of rural public digital cultur-al services,a three-tiered strategy is necessary,which takes into account both the hierarchical structure and the com-position of these elements.关键词
