母子龋况联动分级口腔保健预防学龄前儿童龋病的效果及对生长发育的影响
Effect of mother-child caries status-linked graded oral health protocol on dental caries prevention in preschool children and its impact on growth and development

Abstract
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of mother-child caries status-linked graded oral health protocol in preschool children.Methods A total of 97 preschool children who underwent regular physical examinations from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=49)using a random number table.The control group received routine oral health care,while the observation group received a mother-child caries status-linked graded oral health protocol.The prevalence of dental caries,mean number of caries,visible plaque index(VPI),Debris Index-Simplified(DI-S),growth and development status,nutritional status,and the oral health care ability and satisfaction of the parents of the two groups were compared.Results The caries incidence rate of the observation group at the age of 6 was lower than that of the control group,and the mean number of caries at the ages of 5 and 6 was also lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VPI and DI-S of the observation group at the ages of 4,5,and 6 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The height of the observation group at the age of 6 was higher than that of the control group,and the body mass index at the ages of 5 and 6 was also greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin level of the observation group at the age of 5 was higher than that of the control group,and the serum albumin level and the score of family oral health care ability at the age of 6 were also higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.92%(47/49),which was higher than the 81.25%(39/48)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mother-child caries status-linked graded oral health protocol can improve the oral care ability and satisfaction of family members,help reduce the incidence of dental caries in preschool children,and have a certain effect on improving children's growth,development and nutritional status.关键词
