Abstract

Taking the first-stage planetary transmission of a yaw gearbox as the research object,this study focuses on investigating load sharing along the tooth width.Firstly,a structural scheme involving stepped pin shaft and sleeve is proposed to enhance deformation compensation capability.Secondly,the for-mulas for calculating the deflection and rotation angle of the planet's new flexible pin shaft and bushing are provided,and the accuracy of these calculation formula is verified.Finally,ANSYS and Romax software are used to analyze the stepped pin shaft and special-shaped bushing.The analysis results show that,un-der the conditions considering the deformation of the planet carrier shaft,compared with the Montestruc flexible pin shaft,the deformation angle of stepped pin shaft and the new shaft sleeve relative to the axis is reduced by approximately 16%.As the neck diameter of the stepped pin increases,the deformation angle increases,while the average equivalent stress on the contact surface decreases.As the neck length of the pin increases,the deformation angle first decreases and then increases,and the average equivalent stress on the contact surface first increases and then decreases.The maximum contact stress in the tooth direction is re-duced by about 5.5%,indicating a more uniform load distribution in the tooth width direction.The maxi-mum bending stress at the root of gear tooth is reduced by about 8.5%.Within a certain range,as the input torque increases,the effectiveness of the stepped pin shaft and new sleeve in reducing the maximum contact stress on the tooth surface improves.The above data show that the stepped pin shaft combined with the novel sleeve has excellent load-sharing performance,providing valuable design references for optimizing load sharing in planetary transmissions.
