智慧农业对农民收入增长的影响研究
Study on the impact of smart agriculture on farmers'income growth
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of deepening integration between rural revitalization and digital agriculture,smart agriculture has emerged as a key engine for driving farmers'income growth.Taking Sichuan Province,which is characterized by typical hilly landforms and agriculturall representative,as a case study,based on smart agriculture-related data from 2013 to 2023,this paper innovatively combined Ridge regression with mediating effect test to overcome the problem of multicollinearity in small samples,and accurately identified the heterogeneous impact of smart agriculture on farmers'income and its parallel mediating paths.Empirical results showed that:(1)For every 1％increase in the development level of smart agriculture,the per capita disposable income of rural residents increased by 0.0256％(p<0.05),and the impact showed significant structural differences.Among them,the operational income increased by 0.0367％(p<0.01),and the transfer income increased by 0.2652％(p<0.001)due to the efficient coordination with the targeted subsidy policy.However,the wage and property incomes did not show statistical significance(p>0.1)due to the shortage of high-skilled human capital in rural areas and the low degree of asset marketization.(2)The mechanism test further revealed that smart agriculture indirectly drove income growth through three significant mediating paths:improving agricultural production efficiency(β=0.2079,p<0.001),reducing production costs(β=-0.5061,p<0.01),and deepening industrial integration(β=0.0732,p<0.001).The contribution rate of the partial mediating effect ranged from 33.1％to 48.4％.Policy implications:improve smart agriculture policies through infrastructure construction,differentiated incentive measures,cost-benefit optimization and industrial integration,and increase the income of forest farmers by leveraging measures such as intelligent forestry monitoring platforms,dynamic ecological compensation mechanisms and the integration of the forestry industry.关键词
