人工智能能否赋能农林类上市企业绿色创新?
Can Artificial Intelligence empower green innovation of listed enterprises in agriculture and forestry sectors?

Abstract
Promoting green innovation in agricultural and forestry enterprises represents a critical pathway for building an ecological civilization and a modernized agroforestry industrial system.As a core driving force leading the new round of technological revolution,Artificial Intelligence(AI)offers novel potential solutions to address the challenges of green transformation in these enterprises.Based on AI patent data from listed agricultural and forestry companies from 2008 to 2024,this paper revealed the impact of AI on green innovation in these enterprises.The research findings indicated that:(1)The regression coefficient of AI technology on green innovation in agricultural and forestry enterprises was 0.289,showing a positive correlation at the 1％significance level.This conclusion remained robust after a series of endogeneity treatments and robustness tests.(2)Regarding the mechanisms,AI enabled green innovation through three key channels:improving production efficiency,alleviating financing constraints and improving information transparency.(3)Heterogeneity analysis showed that the impact of AI on green innovation was more pronounced in state-owned enterprises,enterprises in the eastern region and heavily polluting enterprises.The study approached the issue from the perspective of AI technology application,exploring viable pathways for the green development of agricultural and forestry enterprises through production efficiency,financing constraints and information transparency.Policy implications:Government should continuously improve the intelligent development planning in the agricultural and forestry sectors,integrate AI technology into the green industrial policy support system,and accelerate the establishment of a favorable pattern where intelligent technologies empower green enterprise development.Furthermore,guide financial resources to provide targeted support and actively alleviate corporate financing difficulties.Differentiated policies should be implemented according to enterprise ownership and regional characteristics to create a favorable market environment and strong institutional safeguards for AI-driven green innovation.关键词
