Abstract
At present,China's ecological environment legislation system is relatively complete,but the fragmented legislative model leads to repetition and conflict among laws,making it difficult to meet the systematic governance needs of ecological civilization construction.The mature conditions for the codification of the ecological environment law code are prompted by a solid theoretical foundation,an urgent practical demand and a solid legislative accumulation.The codification of the ecological environment law code should be named"Ecological Environment Law Code",with sustainable development as the core value,and a system structure of"General Provisions,Pollution Control,Natural Ecological Protection,Green and Low-Carbon Development,and Ecological Environment Responsibility"should be constructed.The code needs to focus on solving issues such as the confirmation and protection of environmental rights,the integration of the legal liability system,and the connection with the"green provisions"of the Civil Code,supported by an independent ecological environment law knowledge system of China,and paying attention to absorbing the excellent traditional ecological culture of China to form an ecological environment law code with Chinese characteristics,providing a solid legal guarantee for achieving the goal of a beautiful China.关键词
