高校工作站赋能乡村人才振兴的实践路径
The Practical Path of University Workstation Empowering Rural Talent Revitalization:A Case Study of Village D in Liaoning Province

Abstract
Young talents are the core driving force for the comprehensive rural revitalization,and their cultivation and introduction are of great significance for solving the dilemma of rural"aging"and"hollowing-out".Faced with the reality of insufficient momentum for the sustainable development of rural areas,Village D in Liaoning Province has explored a new path for rural talent revitalization.It has built a national youth participation platform through"university-local cooperation"and fostered sustainable endogenous momentum for rural development.Based on field theory and symbolic capital theory,this paper finds that after the university workstation entered the field of Village D,it has strengthened political capital,injected cultural capital,and integrated symbolic capital,which breaks the traditional path of relying solely on local talent revitalization or external talent embedding,presenting the characteristics of"semi-local and semi-embedded".It effectively makes up for the shortage of rural talents and constructs a new rural governance community of"Party building leadership+villager participation+engagement of new rural elites+embedded university workstation",forming a sound model of pluralistic co-governance.关键词
