摘要
Abstract
Digital empowerment for discipline inspection and supervision is a strategic choice for promoting comprehensive and strict governance of the Party in the new era.The ideal vision is to promote a comprehensive transformation of the supervision system from"end of pipe punishment"to"front-end prevention and control",from"labor-intensive"to"intelligent driven",from"fighting alone"to"forming a joint force",and from"fragmented governance"to"systematic reshaping".However,while enjoying the efficiency dividends released by the digital transformation of discipline inspection and supervision work,it is also necessary to face up to the practical difficulties in data collection,security protection,and technology application,and be vigilant about the potential risks caused by algorithmic black boxes.Discipline inspection and supervision work carries high political sensitivity.In the future,efforts should be focused on building a digital supervision system specific to the field of discipline inspection and supervision,which represents a comprehensive innovation in the philosophy,technology,institutions,and processes of such work.To this end,a multidimensional collaborative optimization path should be constructed,and top-level design should be strengthened through mechanisms to ensure standardized and unified solutions to data silos.By relying on interpretable algorithm governance to break through technical black boxes,the training of interdisciplinary talents should be promoted simultaneously,and the application efficiency of digital technology in the field of discipline inspection and supervision should be systematically improved.关键词
