Rethinking the Dialectical Premise of the Marxist History Views of Nature
摘要
Abstract
The Marxist history views of nature take materialist dialectics as its logical premise and clarifies the true meaning and inner relationship between the fields of history and nature.As a whole,dialectics serves as the bridge from nature to history.Based on dialectical premises as foundation and criterion,Marx restored the essential relationship between history and nature,revealing their"total interconnection".The history views of nature manifest the critical and revolutionary essence of dialectics,showing that negativity is the driving force of history and nature.The historical view of nature has completed the practical turn to the intuition and abstraction of the traditional view of nature and history,and has a profound dialectical nature.History and nature are constantly moving and changing,developing and integrating under the action of dialectics,forming the nature of history and the history of nature.Western Marxists have inherited and developed the classical Marxist history views of nature,though their theories contain certain deficiencies.The Frankfurt School,represented by Marcuse,mistakenly thought that Marx's dialectics missed the dimension of nature;Schmidt continued the"Marx-Engels antithesis"by stressing the"anthropological deficit"of Engels' natural dialectics;Eastern European Neo-Marxists,represented by Kosik,suspended their understanding of history views of nature in the category of abstract entities;and the ecological Marxists,represented by O'Connor and Foster,shifted from ideological to ecological criticism,with the theoretical limitation of exaggerating the ecological factor and the tendency to compromise in facing the reality.关键词
