新质生产力赋能农业经济韧性提升的理论逻辑与经验证据
Theoretical Logic and Empirical Evidence of New Quality Productivity Empowering Agricultural Economic Resilience

Abstract
Building a modern agricultural industrial system is the inevitable course for China to become an agricultural power,and new quality productivity is a powerful booster to enhance the agricultural economic resilience.On the basis of constructing the evaluation index systems of new quality productivity and agricultural economic resilience respectively,and based on the panel data of 280 cities in China from 2011 to 2023,this paper empirically analyzes the impacts of new quality productivity on agricultural economic resilience and its mechanism.It is found that new quality productivity significantly improves agricultural economic resilience,and the promotion effect is more obvious in the major grain-producing areas and the provinces east of the"Hu Huanyong Line".The impact mechanism is mainly realized through two action mechanisms of promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and activating the activity of innovation and entrepreneurship.The promoting effect exhibits a dual-threshold characteristic:as new quality productivity increases,its marginal effect gradually diminishes.Accordingly,it is proposed to establish a synergistic system of agricultural characteristic factors to strengthen the top-level design of new quality productivity,to implement differentiated pathways of"leading by major production areas+adapting to ecological zones"to optimize the spatial allocation of agricultural new quality productivity,to enhance the linkage of agricultural scientific achievements transformation with green low-carbon initiatives to unleash the long-term driving force of new quality productivity on agricultural resilience,and to promote the coordinated upgrading of agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship activity with industrial transformation to establish a long-term resilience enhancement mechanism.关键词
