复杂适应系统理论视域下城市社区生活型治理共同体的构建
The Construction of a Life-Oriented Governance Community of Urban Community from the Perspective of Complex Adaptive System Theory

Abstract
Under the trend of the sinking of social governance units and the refinement of community governance,the life-oriented governance community has become the ideal form of community governance practice.Systematically revealing the internal logic behind its construction is of great importance for advancing the modernization of the community governance system.Based on the process tracking of typical cases,it is found that the community life-oriented governance community closely meets the needs of residents and builds a deep cooperation network through multi-level interactions among multiple subjects,which is essentially a dynamic and complex adaptive system.The core logic of its construction lies in promoting the evolution and formation of the community system through the continuous interaction between"governance environment"and"governance behavior".Specifically,it elevates private interests to public will,thereby forming collective action intentions,reconstructs disorder into a new order,laying the institutional foundation for synergy,transforms contracts into consensus,accumulating social capital and enhancing community resilience,and shifts response into initiative,thereby improving the community's adaptive and innovative capabilities.This study clarifies the initial activation and continuous boosting role of the resident subject in multi-cooperative governance,provides theoretical support for the endogenous development of the community governance community,and offers path references for promoting co-construction,co-governance,and co-sharing in communities,as well as enhancing governance effectiveness and sustainable development.关键词
