摘要
Abstract
Cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)are a crucial cellular component within the tumor immune micro-environment(TIME)of gastric cancer.They play a significant role in cancer proliferation,progression,invasion,me-tastasis,and treatment resistance.Immune cells,such as macrophages,NK cells,and T cells,also serve key func-tions in this complex process.In this review,we summarize the interactions between CAFs and immune cells in the im-mune microenvironment of gastric cancer,explore the potential therapeutic value of CAFs in the diagnosis,prognostic prediction,and immunotherapy of gastric cancer,and provide a perspective on future research directions.关键词
