资源编排视域下开放大学实践教学资源共享研究
A Study on the Sharing of Practical Teaching Resources in Open Universities from the Perspective of Resource Orchestration

Abstract
Based on the core logic of the resource orchestration theory—"resource structuring,capability integration and value leveraging"—this stud-y addresses the practical challenges faced by open universities in sharing teaching resources,including structural imbalance,institutional barriers,and ob-stacles to value creation.It proposes a reform strategy to build a shared resource pool through a platform-based intermediary mechanism,achieve precise resource supply-demand matching using learning scenario-capability mapping,and promote cross-domain collaboration to enable shared benefits and eco-system synergy.This approach aims to transition the sharing of practical teaching resources from static supply to dynamic management.The study provides a theoretical framework and an operational path for the management reform of practical teaching resources in open universities,offering an innovative per-spective for the application of resource orchestration theory in higher education management.关键词
