基于文献计量学的内质网应激与非酒精性脂肪性肝病研究趋势及热点分析
Analysis of research trends and hotspots in endoplasmic reticulum stress and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease based on bibliometrics

Abstract
Aim To analyze the research status,hotspots,and trends of endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)and non-alco-holic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)based on bibliometrics.Methods Relevant literature was retrieved from the Web of Science core collection database covering the period from January 2000 to December 2023.CiteSpace Version 6.3 R1 and Microsoft Office Excel 2016 were employed to conduct visual analysis on indicators of the included literature,including annual publication output,countries,institutions,authors,journals,key words,and references.Results A total of 1 423 valid articles were included,with an average annual growth rate of 19.57%,among which the highest number of publications was in 2022(156 articles).The United States(442 articles)and China(439 articles)ranked the first and second in terms of publication output,followed by Japan(109 arti-cles).Although China leads in the quantity of publications,it lags behind in the output of high-quality research and the transforma-tion of research achievements.Core authors in this field include ABDEL-ATY A M,MALHI H,and GORES G J.who have collabo-rated before but have not formed a widely influential research group.Key words analysis revealed that metabolic stress,inflammatory response,and targeted therapy were the current research hotspots,and the field was shifting from mechanism exploration to prevention and treatment strategies.Conclusion Research in the field of ERS and NAFLD has established a relatively complete theoretical system,and the research trend is becoming mature and deepening.The forefront direction is expanding from mechanism analysis to tar-geted therapy and clinical translation.关键词
