Formation Mechanism,Biological Function and Research Prospect of Migrasomes
摘要
Abstract
Migrasomes are membranous organelles discovered in recent years,produced by migrating cells.Their formation depends on cytoskeletal reorganization and changes in membrane tension triggered by integrins and extracellular matrix during cell migration,and they are mainly distributed at the ends or branching points of retraction fibers.The migrasome is a vesicular structure with a diameter of approximately 0.5-3.0 μm,contain-ing numerous small vesicles and a variety of biologically active molecules.Migrasomes play critical roles in diverse physiological and pathological contexts,including embryonic development,substance transport,mito-chondrial quality control,and coagulation regulation.In this review,we summarize the molecular mechanisms of migrasomes formation,their biological functions and roles in diseases,and discuss possible future research directions in this field.关键词
