摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the existing rice seedling tray swinging machine couldn't realize the whole process automation,need to manually separate and supply the seedling tray,and most of them could only be placed in a single row,an automatic swinging machine for hard seedling tray in rice greenhouse was designed.The technical parameters and working principle of the whole machine structure were expounded.Taking the effective constraint and smooth migration of five seedling trays as the core,and aiming at realizing accurate falling tray,stable feeding tray and high-quality paving tray,the tray dropping mechanism,tray laying mechanism and flipping mechanism were designed.The main factors af-fecting the effect of tray laying were studied by performance test.The height of the tray shovel from the ground,the speed of the locomotive and the speed of the push rod were taken as the test factors,and the longitudinal tray spacing and the transverse deviation of the seedling tray were taken as the evaluation indexes.The response surface analysis and regression analysis were carried out on the test results,and the multi-objective parameter combination optimization was carried out by using Design Expert 10.0.1 software.Through experimental analysis,the best working parameters of the automatic swing plate machine for hard seedling tray in rice greenhouse were determined:the pushing speed of the tray push rod was 0.35 m/s,the speed of the locomotive was 0.4 m/s,and the height of the tray shovel from the ground was 77 mm.The field verification showed that under this parameter,the longitudinal spacing of the seedling tray of the automatic placement machine for the rigid seedling tray in the rice shed was(1.024±0.318)mm,and the lateral deviation of the seedling tray was(1.185±0.415)mm,which met the operation requirements of the rice seedling tray placement.
