增强型体外反搏治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对心脏超声参数的影响
Efficacy of enhanced external counterpulsation in the treatment of chronic heart failure and its effects on echocardiographic parameters

Abstract
Aim To investigate the efficacy of enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)and its effects on echocardiographic parameters.Methods One hundred and thirty-four patients with CHF were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(treated with EECP combined with dapagliflozin)and a control group(treated with dapagliflozin).Echocardiographic parameters,serum myocardial enzyme profiles,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),quality of life(assessed by the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)),and 6-minute walking dis-tance(6MWD)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the levels before treatment,after treatment,both groups showed increased left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and longer 6MWD,as well as de-creased left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),serum NT-proBNP levels,and MLHFQ scores.Furthermore,the improvement in all these indicators was significantly greater in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of EECP can effectively improve clinical efficacy,in-hibit ventricular remodeling,promote cardiac structural remodeling,enhance cardiac function,and improve quality of life in patients with CHF.关键词
