Abstract
Chenopodium quinoa is an ancient grain crop that originated in South America and has gained widespread attention globally in recent decades.Chenopodium quinoa is renowned for its high protein content and the presence of nine essential amino acids that are crucial for individual development and growth.The Chenopodium quinoa plant is native to the high-altitude slopes of the Andes Mountains and adapts to short days,low temperatures,abundant sunlight.In China,the planting area and yield of Chenopodium quinoa have been increasing year by year,and currently,it is mainly concentrated in the northeastern and northwestern regions.The southern mountainous area of Ningxia is a potential Chenopodium quinoa planting area with unique climate and geographical conditions.After analysis,it was found that the climate conditions in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia were relatively suitable for Chenopodium quinoa cultivation,and growing Chenopodium quinoa in this area had high adaptability and economic value.关键词
