Research progress on industrialized production technology for straw mushroom
摘要
Abstract
With edible mushroom industry rapid development,straw mushroom,as one of China's distinctive edible mushroom variet-ies,has secured a significant position in sector due to its short growth cycle,rich nutritional value,and strong market acceptance.Cur-rently,China's straw mushroom industry is in a phase of sustained growth,with both yield and sales revenue continuing to rise.There-fore,a systematic review has been conducted of key processes throughout entire production cycle,including strain cultivation techniques,growing media scientific formulation and fermentation processes,mushroom house design and environmental control,and mushroom collection and harvesting.Additionally,an outlook has been provided on future development of industrialized straw mushroom produc-tion with intelligent equipment application and high-efficiency cultivation methods.Aiming to provide a theoretical framework for stand-ardization and regulation of straw mushroom production,and for industrialized production technology system establishment.关键词
