广州南站新城与近邻空间板块互动演化的模式与机制分析
An Analysis of the Interactive Evolutionary Pattern and Mechanism between Guangzhou South Station New Town and Its Neighboring Spatial Sectors

Abstract
Originating from a Chinese practice,high-speed rail(HSR)towns now present a critical opportunity for in-depth evaluation of their phased outcomes.Based on the interactivity of HSR town development and empirical analysis,the study proposes the research topic of interactive evolution between HSR towns and cities as a valuable supplement to associated studies.The study analyzed the interactive evolution between HSR in Guangzhou South Station and its neighboring spatial sectors.First,the external spatial morphological evolution of land use was analyzed.Second,the connections between site selection and the traffic behaviors of enterprises and Guangzhou South Station were analyzed from a microscopic perspective.Third,combining meso and macro analyses of historical events,the dynamic mechanism of spatial evolution was disclosed by depicting the behavioral decisions and motivations of actors(including government and market).Finally,the generalizability and applicability of research conclusions were discussed.The following conclusions were drawn:① There is phased divergence in the development between Guangzhou South Station New Town and its two adjacent sectors,which is the most prominent spatial evolution feature.② In terms of driving mechanisms,the phased execution divergence of the government-led spatial development model across the three sectors is a key factor behind rapid breakthrough divergence during the initial phase.The combined effects of the"high-speed rail proximity effect and differential rent effect"lead to sluggish market demand for spatial development during the growth phase of Guangzhou South Station New Town.Additionally,the"isolated urbanization"model of Guangzhou South Station retards the spatial development of the new town through structural constraints and engineering barriers.③ The study proposes a"Three Forces"model for the spatial development of Guangzhou South Station New Town.The research also introduces a half-hour incremental isochronal radiation model for Guangzhou South Station to measure and characterize the HSR proximity effect,thereby demonstrating that the interactive evolution of the three sectors is a crucial component of the interactive evolution between the town and the city.The value origins of HSR towns—namely,the supply and demand of the HSR proximity effect—were further discussed.On this basis,the study explored the shaping of locational value in HSR towns under the isochronal radiation of HSR stations,as well as the locational preferences of enterprises for HSR towns through regional resource restructuring of industrial chains.The alignment and interaction between these two aspects represent a fundamental mechanism that drives and reciprocates the HSR effect,constituting a foundational role in the evolving interaction between HSR towns and cities.Moreover,the study analyzed the typical forms of interactive evolution between HSR towns and cities for stations of varying scales,as well as the particularities of the Guangzhou South Station New Town and its neighboring sectors.Future research directions were also identified:1)It is necessary to continue to verify and deepen the conclusions of this study through ongoing follow-up.2)The applicability of using a radiation model,with isochrones increasing every half-hour,to characterize and measure the proximity effects of HSR stations needs to be further examined.3)In the new era of the new normal,how to promote better coordinated development between HSR new towns and cities based on their interactive effects is another analytical topic yet to be explored.关键词
