全域数字空间基准现状与发展趋势研究
Research on the current situation and development trends of the global digital space reference system
摘要
Abstract
The all-domain digital space reference system,as a key cornerstone for the construction of Digital China,is the core for the unified expression,integration and interaction of various spatial data,covering multiple aspects such as geodetic reference,height reference,depth reference,gravity reference and other spatial references.Currently,China has made significant progress in spatial reference systems,establishing a high-precision,dynamic and intelligent reference system covering land,sea,air and space.However,with the rapid development of emerging technologies such as digital twins and the metaverse,the all-domain digital space reference system still faces many challenges in terms of accuracy,dynamics and intelligence.This paper elaborates on the development trends of the all-domain digital space reference system from multiple dimensions of integration and innovation,high precision,dynamics and intelligence,and proposes future development tasks from six aspects:geodetic reference,height reference,gravity reference,depth reference,surveying and mapping reference service system and other spatial references.The continuous advancement of the spatial benchmark will provide solid surveying and mapping reference guarantees for the country's natural resource management,spatial planning,engineering construction and scientific research,promote high-quality development in fields such as the digital economy,smart cities and marine development,and provide important technical support for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.关键词
