QFD与TRIZ集成设计方法在火箭炮中的应用研究

Abstract
Facing a fierce competitive environment,military enterprises are faced with how to respond to market demand faster and better.Choosing reasonable innovative design methods can effectively improve scheme design efficiency and design quality,and enhance the market competitiveness of military products.To this end,starting from market demand,we make full use of the unique advantages of the QFD method for demand transformation,introduce TRIZ theory to solve conflicts in the demand transformation process,and build an innovative design model based on the integration of QFD and TRIZ theory.At the same time,in order to verify the effectiveness of the model,a rocket launcher rotary machine was taken as the research object to build a two-stage house of quality.TRIZ theory was used to solve technical contradictions in the demand mapping process and form a design plan.At the same time,key elements in the design process were identified.Simulation analysis was carried out to further verify the effectiveness of the innovative design model.关键词
