Abstract
In order to explore the chromaticity index of pure cotton fabric dyed with chestnut shell extract,scouring agent and hydrogen peroxide were used to bleaching cotton fabric,3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride(SH)was taken as the modifier,chestnut shell extract was taken as dyeing agent,FeSO₄ and citric acid were taken as mordants.Factors such as the mass concentration of modifier SH,mass concentration of NaOH,mass fraction and PH value of chestnut shell extract,mass concentration of mordant were varied separately,the changes in the chromaticity indexe of cotton fabrics dyed with chestnut shell extract before and after mordant dyeing under different influencing factors were investigated.The chromaticity indexes L*,a*and b* of the fabrics were measured,and the data were input into Origin for fitting and plotting the fitting curves.The results showed when mass concentration of the extract was 50%,the pH value was 3,mass concentration of the modifier SH was 30 g/L,and mass concentration of NaOH was 8 g/L,the color of the fabric was the deepest,the yellow light and red light were the strongest.There was better cubic function relationship between the influencing factors and the chromaticity index of dyed cotton fabric.The color fastness of the cotton fabric was improved after mordant dyeing.However,with the increase in the mass concentration of chestnut shell extract,the wet fastness and washing fastness were decreased slightly,while the light fastness was increased.It is considered that the research results can be used to predict the chromaticity index and color fastness of pure cotton fabrics dyed with chestnut shell extract,helping enterprises improve sampling efficiency.关键词
