摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of global climate change, extreme rainfall events have become increasingly frequent, posing significant challenges to the flood control management of urban river networks. This paper focused on the atypical flood control scenario where sudden rainfall occurs in river channels without the implementation of water level pre-lowering measures and conducted in-depth simulation and optimization research on the joint dispatching scheme of multiple pumping stations.Given the widespread lack of measured runoff data in tidal reaches, this paper constructed a rainfall runoff and hydrodynamic model for the Zhongshun Embankment based on the MIKE11-NAM model. In the model, pump stations were set through the MIKE11 SO module to schedule the pump station and control the drainage volume.According to the current gate-pumping station dispatching method of Zhongshun Embankment, water level pre-lowering measures were generally carried out in advance upon receiving notifications of severe rainfall forecasts(orange rainstorm warning signal or above).By taking into account the water conservancy and flood control emergency response system of Zhongshun Embankment and combining with the research objectives of this paper, the rainfall simulation scenarios in this paper mainly focused on rainfall with grades below the red rainstorm level. This paper used the established model to simulate different pumping station dispatching schemes under two rainfall scenarios:orange rainstorm and red rainstorm.Through the comparison of multiple simulation groups, quantitative analysis was conducted from two dimensions:water level control effect and operation energy consumption,so as to identify the optimal dispatching scheme of pumping stations under different rainfall intensities. The research results show that,in view of the lag of runoff generation and confluence,as well as extreme rainfall, when no water level pre-lowering measure is adopted for the Qijiang River:① In the case of an orange rainstorm,at least two units of both the East River Pumping Station and the West River Pumping Station need to be activated to meet the flood drainage demand.② In the case of a red rainstorm,at least four units of each of the two pumping stations must be turned on to satisfy the flood drainage requirement.③ When encountering rainfall above the red rainstorm level or extremely high instantaneous rainfall intensity, all units should be activated to lower the water level of the Qijiang River to the minimum,so as to reserve sufficient channel capacity for subsequent water rise processes and ensure flood control safety. The calculation results of this paper can provide scientific references and practical insights for the actual dispatching and operation of pumping station projects in similar tidal reaches.关键词
