Discussion on Acupuncture and Manipulation Treatment of Femoroacetabular Impingement Syndrome Based on"Dislocation of Tendons and Misalignment of Bones"
摘要
Abstract
The theory of"dislocation of tendons and misalignment of bones"is a concise summary of the etiology and pathogenesis of tendon and bone injuries by ancient physicians.Various factors leading to the loosening of tendons and the misalignment of bone joints are included in this theory.The pathogenesis of femoroacetabular impingement syndrome also aligns with this theoretical framework.During diagnosis,the holistic concept should be emphasized.When pain or functional impairment occurs in a specific joint,the physical examination should encompass the entire kinetic chain involved in the movement.The treatment approach is based on the concept of"alleviating pain,restoring the tendons to their slots,repositioning the bones,and ensuring the therapeutic effect":local acupoint needling is used to promptly relieve pain;the"acupoint intersection needling method of the same meridian"combined with the movement of the affected area is used to ameliorate local pain and restricted mobility at the affected site;if there is discomfort in the waist and combined with spinal misalignment,the"meridian-based chiropractic manipulation"is applied,integrating acupuncture,electro-acupuncture,moxibustion,and chiropractic manipulation techniques to restore the physiological biomechanical structure of the spine;at the same time,patients are instructed to pay attention to functional exercises to increase the strength and stability of the tendons and bones.关键词
