Abstract
The quality of laboratory data is an important guarantee for lead-zinc smelting enterprises to achieve refined production,efficient resource recovery,and environmental compliance.Based on this,the article takes a lead zinc smelting enterprise as an example to systematically explore its quality control system for laboratory data.The enterprise uses advanced processes such as"oxygen enriched top blowing melting+oxygen pressure leaching"to achieve a complex production process and high requirements for the accuracy of laboratory data.Researchers analyzed the specific methods and effects of improving the reliability of laboratory data from multiple dimensions,including standard method construction,whole process quality control,and digital and information empowerment,based on its production situation.By constructing a closed-loop laboratory data quality control system,the recovery rates of lead,silver,copper,zinc and other metals in the enterprise reached 99.73%,99.15%,97.29%,96.73%,respectively,significantly improving economic benefits.关键词
