摘要
Abstract
This paper focuses on the purification of copper and cadmium impurities from zinc sulfate solution in zinc hydrometallurgy.Comparative experiments were conducted according to different reaction mechanisms, and the advantages, disadvantages and influencing factors of zinc powder and a novel purifying agent were investigated.Zinc powder,as a traditional reagent, was studied with respect to the effect of particle size on purification performance. The new purifying agent, mainly composed of sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate(SDDC),removes Cu and Cd via chelation precipitation. It exhibits higher stability, lower residual impurities, and better economic efficiency than zinc powder.A two-stage sectional purification process(first-stage with zinc powder,second-stage with SDDC)was optimized. The proposed process reduces reagent dosage, prevents cadmium re-dissolution,and enables the enrichment and recovery of copper and cadmium from the first-stage residue, showing better operability.关键词
