摘要
Abstract
This study focuses on the lead-containing precipitate slag produced during the hydrometallurgical leaching of bastnaesite, where lead ions are precipitated using Na2S.The rare earth grade of this slag ranges from 14%to 35%.The process first involves oxidizing the lead-barium slag with nitric acid to obtain a corresponding nitrate solution.Subsequently,30%concentrated hydrochloric acid is added to this solution at low temperatures to induce the crystallization of lead chloride, yielding a mixture of nitric acid and a rare earth nitrate solution. After filtration and washing, solid lead chloride crystals are obtained, and the nitric acid in the filtrate is recycled for dissolving fresh lead-barium slag. This method achieves a lead recovery rate of over 96.5%and a rare earth recovery rate of over 97%.关键词
