Abstract
In order to solve the technical problems of low efficiency and poor positioning accuracy of life support hole drilling technology in emergency rescue of mining disasters,a rapid drilling process system based on multi-stage composite rock breaking tools and intelligent directional drilling is proposed.By optimizing the design of PDC composite drill bits,impact drill bits and other rock breaking tools,and developing a hydraulic electric dual-mode drive system,efficient rock breaking under different geological conditions has been achieved.By integrating geological radar detection,while drilling measurement,and artificial intelligence algorithms,trajectory description models and parameter trajectory response models have been established to improve trajectory control accuracy under complex geological conditions.A systematic study was conducted on the characteristics of process requirements and technical adaptation plans for typical disaster scenarios such as harmful gas accumulation,water inrush disasters,rock instability and blockage,and goaf collapse.A standardized emergency rescue drilling process database was established.Engineering practice has shown that this process system can effectively improve drilling efficiency and positioning accuracy,providing reliable technical support for emergency rescue of mining disasters.关键词
