Abstract
Organic amine desulfurization technology is widely applied in the flue gas treatment of the metallurgical industry due to its high desulfurization efficiency,convenient process control,recyclability,high-concentration SO2 production,no by-products,and no secondary pollution.However,the operation cost of the system is relatively high,including electricity consumption and steam usage.To reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the organic amine desulfurization process,this paper improves the fan efficiency and optimizes the control mode of the ring absorber to save 15%~18%of electricity consumption.Additionally,it saves 5~5.5 tons of steam per hour by increasing the internal circulation of rich liquid and reusing the boiler blowdown water.Moreover,it reduces the frequency of anion desalination by transforming it,thereby cutting the consumption of liquid alkali and pure water to half of the original amount.These measures have achieved the goal of energy conservation and cost reduction in the ring absorber desulfurization process.关键词
