Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency,high energy consumption,and insufficient automation level in traditional lead electrolysis,this article relies on the transformation and trial production practice of the electrolysis system in lead refineries.Based on the comparison between the transformation of small and large electrode plates in the electrolysis system,the key technical applications of the complete set of equipment for large electrode plates are analyzed in depth.By comparing the equipment parameters and investment benefits of small and large electrode systems,this study explores core technologies such as automation unit operation,process parameter regulation,and safety and environmental protection equipment matching,providing practical reference for equipment upgrading in the lead electrolysis industry.关键词
