Abstract
The roller guide shoe is an important component of the hoisting container of the hoist and a key part related to the safe and stable operation of the hoisting container.In accordance with the provisions of Mine Production System Design Manual published by China Economic Publishing House,there are clear requirements for the wear amount and maximum clearance of the guide rail and roller guide shoe,and the quality of the roller guide shoe directly affects the values of the wear amount and maximum clearance.The shock-absorbing two-stage buffer type roller guide shoe described in this paper is very effective in controlling these two indicators(wear amount and maximum clearance),which has been effectively verified in the actual operation of the mine hoisting system.The safe and stable operation of the mine hoisting system is restricted by many factors,and the operation of the hoisting container in the shaft is also a complex process.This paper will illustrate the reliable support of this type of roller guide shoe for the efficient operation of the mine hoisting system through two aspects:the force analysis of the running track of the roller guide shoe and the functional analysis of the shock-absorbing two-stage buffer type roller guide shoe.关键词
