Abstract
The microstructure and grain size of TC4 titanium alloy sheets with different cold rolling reductions were investigated using optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and EBSD.The relationship between cold rolling reduction and recrystallization degree was discussed.The results indicate that as the cold rolling reduction increases,the average grain size decreases,and the proportion of high-angle grain boundaries also rises,suggesting a more complete recrystallization.The paper demonstrates that increasing the cold rolling reduction not only more effectively refines the grain size but also enhances the degree of recrystallization completion.关键词
